Agglomerated Instant Coffee
Made from the spray dried instant coffee, the agglomeration process is started up in an independent equipment.
Through a specially designed nozzle, powder, steam and an agglomerating solution are atomized against a rotating cylinder, whose speed and pressure provide the desirable grain size and mechanical resistance to the agglomerated product.
All controls deployed in the agglomeration process, as well as in the quality of the final agglomerated product, aim at guaranteeing a uniform product, with excellent sensorial characteristics and easy to dissolve, providing full satisfaction to the consumer.
