We offer powder from the pulp of baobab fruit. . The Baobab fruit has a citrus aroma and taste, the content of vitamins and minerals surpasses many fruits. Vitamin C is three times higher than in black currant, and potassium and magnesium are five times more than in bananas. The fruit is rich in calcium, zinc and provitamin A, has a prebiotic effect (stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine). It improves overall health and has a beneficial effect on the skin. Powder of baobab pulp increases immunity and lowers cholesterol. Powder Baobab (1-2 teaspoons) mixed with a small amount of water, mix well, add 1 or 1/2 cup and drink for 5 minutes. It is advisable not to heat, as this reduces its nutritional properties. You can mix with yoghurt, juice, add to the porridge. The recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons per day, taken in the morning before or after a meal.
