Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
The fresh coffee beans are roasted and ground for the extraction process. The hot water utilized in the extractors removes the coffee soluble solids. The obtained extract is cooled down and conveyed to the freeze concentration unit, Grenco, increasing its solid content. This concentrated extract is frozen at approximately minus 40º C.
After solidifying, the extract is ground and then dried in a vacuum tunnel by sublimation, which preserves the coffee's aromatic essence.
