Caught by hand by divers using the most environmentally friendly way of harvesting and these Scallops are very clean and grit free.
The main two sizes available are 2 to 3 or 4 to 6 scallops to the Kilo.
They have an amazing texture and taste with large succulent meats caught in Grade A Scotish waters
