mineral substances. Products are non-diastatic.
II. Rye malt extracts (RME, RME dark, RME extra) – products manufactured from the
combination of rye malts and rye in accordance with TC U 15.8-32671885-001:2011. The high
concentration of natural flavor, colour and taste substances in the extract improves the quality
of bakery products significantly. Rye malt extracts have a high biological activity with a high
