Nettle (Urtica) is cultivated at an altitude of 600 meters on Mount Pelion. Hippocrates first used the urtica for multiple uses. It is rich in minerals and is used in cooking, as a decoction, even gardening, to treat diseases organically. It is considered to have astringent, diuretic and tonic properties, controls bleeding, cleans the body from toxins, stimulates the function of the pancreas, stimulates the circulatory system and lowers the blood pressure.
