P50 & P34, meat / poultry application
P50 & P34 are the compound phosphates, applied separately in the emulsified meat
and injected meat industry. P50 & P34 are the counter types for TARI K7 and TARI
P22 or ABASTOL 2001 and CARNAL 346, which are popular compound phosphates
in the meat industry. After comparison test, you can find that P50 & P34 have better
performance on water retention, color protection and texture improvement.
