We possess ISO 22001 certification which is a proof of that production carried out with a certain rules protect food-borne hazards in food at the point of consumption (intake by the consumer).
Our Turkish Delights are fully compliant with Turkish Ministry of Food & Agriculture Food Codex.
We don't (and never will) use glucose, synthetic colorants, chemical food preservatives and Genetically Modified Organizm (GMO) ingredients
Some of our Turkish Delights contain only nature-identical (e.g. beetroot extracts) colorants and/or nature identical aromas.
