The product is made with natural spanish Cherimoya 100%, which is sorted, washed, peeled, de stoned and cut. Then the Cherimoya are covered with antioxidant solution. Finally the product is paced and frozen.
Cherimoya puree can be cut and used as a fresh and decorative ingredient in juices, smoothies, desserts, jams, cocktail, etc…
