Seller issue SPA for amendments, after amendments buyer and seller sign SPA.
Buyer issue DRAFT DLC to verify with seller's bank once approved.
Buyer issue Formal DLC 100% Non Operative.
Seller issue PB 2% against buyer DLC to operative DLC.
Buyer can visit loading port for inspection and loading with SGS.
