Our STPP is not the simple single phosphate, in fact, the function is much better than many blend phosphates.

For STPP Brine, the water retention rate of ordinary STPP is around 13.1%, but our
STPP Brine reaches to 15.1%. STPP, usually the solubility of common STPP is 15g/100ml water around 2.5-7 mins. But our STPP Brine max could dissolve in 25g/100ml water around 90-120s. It will give you a number of benefits in terms of shelf life, yield, texture, natural color and taste as well as economical advantages.

ADDIPHOS
STPP Emul
The water retention of STPP Emul is the highest, around 15.6%, while most
common one is only 13.1%. It can be used in the emulsified meat and poultry
products by adding dry powder.
STPP fast soluble
The function is as same as Abastol 305 of Budenheim or Carfosel 996 of Prayon. The
dissolution rate is higher much than most Chinese STPP.
